      mostly sweet stuff. I started to train as a pastry chef before i became a scientist so i like to do really complicated stuff. my lab mates request a caks (or chocolate brownies) at least once a month!
      Ive jsy started making bread, did you know if you leave the bread to rise overnight it doesnt need to be kneeded. thers a lot odf scince to bread making http://www.guardian.co.uk/science/blog/2009/nov/26/science-breadmaking
