I would love to have my own mountain biking company and offer holidays to other cyclists. Preferably somewhere in the sun – although this is more of a fantasy than a reality. Although it is my back up plan if everything goes wrong!! Or become a professional cake baker!

I think I would like to open my own cake shop! I love making cupcakes and creating new recipes. I’ve worked my way through lots of cookbooks and I think I am better at making and creating sweet recipes. I’d have to be careful though… I’d probably end up eating all the cakes myself and having nothing to sell! 🙂

I would be a chef. I think to be a really great cook you have to scientific, methodical and always look for explanations why it didnt wor so well!

I always wanted to work for NASA, maybe I would have focused a bit harder to get fit and strong (to become and astronaut) and I would have taken up Physics and Astrophysics rather than Biochemistry 🙂

If I couldn’t be a geneticist I would like to have been a physicist. But if you mean a different job outside of science, then maybe a fantasy or science-fiction writer. (though I am not any good at that to be honest).
