• Question: do your parent support you when you were young

      Hi!
      My parents are so so supportive – however – neither of them are scientists! Whenever I try to explain to them what I do they just smile and nod 🙂

      When I was younger I think I was mostly self motivated, my parents always emphasised how important it is to work hard in school and go to university – but neither my mum or my dad went to university, so it might have been difficult for them to understand how much work I used to have to do!

      But they are still very supportive and (I think!) the best parents in the world!! 😀
