• Question: can you really get arthritis by clicking your fingers to much?

      Hi!
      That was a common belief, but more recently people actually don’t believe that this is true.

      We don’t know exactly how you can get arthritis, but the popular belief is that arthritis is caused by a combination of genes and environment.

      So what this means is that some people have genes that mean that they are susceptible to getting the disease IF they come in contact with one or more environmental trigger.

      The triggers that could cause arthritis are smoking and obesity or some bacterial infections.
