Hiya! Yes I did.
I took Bio, Chem and Physics and I really enjoyed them – doing all three meant there was a bit of overlap and sometimes meant it was easier to understand.
I took double science at GCSE but always wish I did triple.
Are you keen to do science A-levels?
i took double too and kind of want to do them at a-levels too but im a bit worried because i don’t understand some of it? Did you understand everything at first?
Hi Louise, I still don’t always understand things at first. Some things are very difficult to get your head around, especially when they are brand new concepts with lots of new names to remember. If you really want to do it though, it is worth putting the extra effort in – I used to do some GCSE bitesize stuff at home – and that really helped me understand new topics a bit better (http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/gcsebitesize/science/). If you are still worried though, you can always talk to your teacher and tell them that you want to do it and I’m sure they can advise you on a good plan of action – especially if you explain that you want to do Forensic science 🙂
